The EPT1120-W flush diaphragm pressure transmitter is specifically engineered for measuring challenging media including viscous fluids, pasty substances, adhesive materials, and particle-laden slurries. Its robust fully welded 316L stainless steel construction with true flush-mounted isolation diaphragms eliminates all dead space, ensuring zero media entrapment and preventing contamination – a critical feature for hygienic and clog-prone applications.
At the core of its operation, the transmitter employs advanced diffusion silicon sensor technology that leverages the piezoresistive effect to precisely convert applied pressure into an electrical signal. This technology delivers superior accuracy (±0.25% FS), excellent long-term stability, and minimal temperature drift (±0.02% FS/°C). The standard 4~20 mA output signal with optional HART/RS485 communication enables seamless integration with modern control systems for real-time process monitoring and optimization.
The EPT1120-W is available in an extensive selection of pressure ranges (from 100 mbar to 600 bar) and customizable configurations to meet diverse operational demands.
