Acero inoxidable 316\/316L<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ventajas:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>El acero inoxidable 316L de muy bajo contenido en carbono minimiza la nociva precipitaci\u00f3n de carburo causada por la soldadura.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mejor resistencia a la corrosi\u00f3n que el acero inoxidable 304.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excelente resistencia a la corrosi\u00f3n por picadura, buena resistencia a la mayor\u00eda de los productos qu\u00edmicos de las industrias papelera, textil y fotogr\u00e1fica.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Buena resistencia a la corrosi\u00f3n en ambientes clorados, agua de mar y ambientes qu\u00edmicos (como compuestos de azufre, \u00e1cido fosf\u00f3rico y \u00e1cido f\u00f3rmico, as\u00ed como otros \u00e1cidos org\u00e1nicos).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Buena resistencia a las sales neutras y alcalinas (incluidas las sales oxidantes fuertes).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Desventajas:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Puede corroerse y agrietarse en soluciones de cloruro bajo tensi\u00f3n interna\/externa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Susceptible a la corrosi\u00f3n por \u00e1cidos no oxidantes (la mayor\u00eda de las concentraciones de \u00e1cido sulf\u00farico y \u00e1cido clorh\u00eddrico).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Propenso a la corrosi\u00f3n y al agrietamiento en ambientes clorados c\u00e1lidos, especialmente por encima de 60\u00b0C (140\u00b0F).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-palette-color-2-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-42c4ae4bde9a41ed44757a6472de2888\" id=\"h-2-hastelloy-c\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"2-hastelloy-c\"><\/span>2. <strong>Hastelloy C<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ventajas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Excelente resistencia a la corrosi\u00f3n del agua de mar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excelente resistencia a la corrosi\u00f3n en agua de mar y ambientes salinos clorados.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aplicable a diversos procesos qu\u00edmicos inorg\u00e1nicos y org\u00e1nicos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Resistente al cloro h\u00famedo y a las soluciones salinas cloradas concentradas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Buena resistencia a diversos medios no oxidantes (\u00e1cido sulf\u00farico, \u00e1cido fosf\u00f3rico y \u00e1cido ac\u00e9tico).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Buena resistencia a los \u00e1cidos oxidantes mixtos (\u00e1cido n\u00edtrico\/\u00e1cido sulf\u00farico, \u00e1cido cromo\/sulf\u00farico, \u00e1cido sulf\u00farico\/sulfato de cobre, \u00e1cido cr\u00f3mico y sales \u00e1cidas con alto contenido de manganeso).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Desventajas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sensible a la fragilizaci\u00f3n por hidr\u00f3geno.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La permeabilidad al hidr\u00f3geno puede atenuarse con un revestimiento de oro.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-palette-color-2-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-eef63217162f3495130069875b5e04de\" id=\"h-3-monel-alloy-nickel-copper-alloy-series-commonly-used-in-instrumentation-monel-400\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"3-monel-alloy-nickel-copper-alloy-series-commonly-used-in-instrumentation-%e2%80%93-monel-400\"><\/span>3. T\u00e1ntalo<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ventajas:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Excelente resistencia a la corrosi\u00f3n frente a la mayor\u00eda de los \u00e1cidos (\u00e1cido clorh\u00eddrico, \u00e1cido n\u00edtrico, \u00e1cido fosf\u00f3rico, \u00e1cido sulf\u00farico y soluciones \u00e1cidas de cloruro f\u00e9rrico), soluciones de agua salada y productos qu\u00edmicos org\u00e1nicos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Desventajas:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Susceptible a la corrosi\u00f3n por tri\u00f3xido de azufre, \u00e1cido fluorh\u00eddrico y soluciones alcalinas fuertes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La fragilizaci\u00f3n puede producirse en presencia de gas hidr\u00f3geno, ox\u00edgeno a alta temperatura o gas nitr\u00f3geno.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-flexible-table-block-table\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><tbody><tr><td><strong>O<strong> <\/strong>= Esto significa que el material es apto para el servicio. El \u00edndice de corrosi\u00f3n uniforme es inferior a 0,002 por a\u00f1o y no hay tendencia a las picaduras ni a la corrosi\u00f3n bajo tensi\u00f3n. Este material puede utilizar un tubo de Bourdon, fuelles, diafragma o carcasa inferior.<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>L = Indica que el \u00edndice de corrosi\u00f3n uniforme es inferior a 0,020 pulgadas por a\u00f1o y que el material s\u00f3lo es adecuado para una carcasa inferior de cierre de diafragma.
