Esto no indica necesariamente una falla: el calor tarda en transferirse del medio al elemento sensor, y el v\u00e1stago, la posici\u00f3n de instalaci\u00f3n y el termopozo influyen en ese retardo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Primero, compruebe si persiste una diferencia significativa una vez que la temperatura del proceso se estabilice. Esto ayuda a distinguir entre una respuesta demasiado lenta para el proceso y un error de medici\u00f3n persistente. Incluso al medir el mismo medio en el mismo punto, sus lecturas pueden variar durante el calentamiento o el enfriamiento. Las etiquetas \u201cmec\u00e1nico\u201d y \u201celectr\u00f3nico\u201d por s\u00ed solas no determinan qu\u00e9 instrumento responder\u00e1 m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por ejemplo, un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sj-gauge.com\/es\/product\/mtr_s\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Term\u00f3metro de dilataci\u00f3n capilar MTR.S<\/a> Separa la pantalla del punto de detecci\u00f3n para la indicaci\u00f3n remota. Un v\u00e1stago m\u00e1s peque\u00f1o puede mejorar la respuesta, pero tambi\u00e9n deben evaluarse la resistencia a la presi\u00f3n, el desgaste, la corrosi\u00f3n y la resistencia mec\u00e1nica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al comparar las hojas de datos, verifique si el tiempo de respuesta indicado se aplica al elemento sensor solo o al conjunto completo con el termopozo. Se trata de configuraciones diferentes, y sus resultados de prueba no son intercambiables en una misma instalaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"immersion-depth\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"cause-3-insufficient-immersion-or-an-unsuitable-measuring-position\"><\/span>Causa 3: Insuficiente Immersi\u00f3n o posici\u00f3n de medici\u00f3n inadecuada<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Si la zona de detecci\u00f3n activa no est\u00e1 adecuadamente sumergida en un medio de proceso representativo, la pared de la tuber\u00eda o el aire ambiente pueden influir en la lectura. Esto puede provocar una lectura alta o baja y retrasar la indicaci\u00f3n de cambios en el proceso. El hecho de que la rosca encaje no garantiza que la posici\u00f3n de detecci\u00f3n sea correcta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Determine la profundidad de immersion a partir de los requisitos del fabricante, la longitud de detecci\u00f3n activa, el di\u00e1metro de la tuber\u00eda y las dimensiones del termopozo; no existe una profundidad universal para cada term\u00f3metro. Las zonas estancadas en un recipiente, la mezcla inadecuada, las tuber\u00edas de bajo caudal y los medios viscosos pueden retrasar la llegada del cambio de temperatura al punto de medici\u00f3n. Los tiempos de respuesta en gases no deben compararse directamente con los de l\u00edquidos en movimiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Antes de decidir reemplazar el instrumento, verifique si la posici\u00f3n de medici\u00f3n representa la temperatura del proceso. Cualquier cambio en la posici\u00f3n o las condiciones de flujo debe tener en cuenta las fuerzas del fluido resultantes y el riesgo de vibraci\u00f3n en el termopozo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"thermowell\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"cause-5-heat-transfer-through-the-thermowell\"><\/span>Causa 5: Transferencia de calor a trav\u00e9s del termopozo.<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Un termopozo a\u00edsla el medio del proceso y protege el v\u00e1stago sensor, pero a\u00f1ade una v\u00eda de transferencia de calor que suele aumentar el tiempo de respuesta del conjunto. El efecto depende del material, el grosor de la pared y la geometr\u00eda de la punta, as\u00ed como del ajuste entre el v\u00e1stago y el termopozo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al seleccionar un termopozo como el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sj-gauge.com\/es\/product\/twc\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Termopozo roscado TWC<\/a>, Verifique conjuntamente la conexi\u00f3n del proceso, el di\u00e1metro interior, la profundidad \u00fatil y las dimensiones del v\u00e1stago sensor. Si se especifica el tiempo de respuesta, solicite al fabricante que eval\u00fae la configuraci\u00f3n completa. No adelgace el termopozo ni a\u00f1ada compuestos de transferencia de calor sin un dise\u00f1o aprobado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"improve-response\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"how-can-you-improve-an-industrial-thermometers-response\"><\/span>\u00bfC\u00f3mo se puede mejorar la respuesta de un term\u00f3metro industrial?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Defina el s\u00edntoma: registre las lecturas durante el calentamiento, el enfriamiento y el funcionamiento estable, utilizando una medici\u00f3n de referencia en el mismo lugar y momento.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Compruebe la instalaci\u00f3n: verifique la zona de detecci\u00f3n activa, la profundidad del immersion, la posici\u00f3n de medici\u00f3n y el ajuste dentro del termopozo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Defina el requisito: indique el retardo aceptable y si la medici\u00f3n se utiliza para indicaci\u00f3n local, control o alarmas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Eval\u00fae el conjunto completo: seleccione el elemento sensor y el termopozo cumpliendo con los requisitos de presi\u00f3n, corrosi\u00f3n y resistencia mec\u00e1nica.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verificar en condiciones consistentes: comparar los resultados con el mismo medio, caudal, profundidad de immersion y configuraci\u00f3n del termopozo.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Si la respuesta se especifica como t90, significa el tiempo necesario para indicar el cambio total de temperatura (90%). Para un cambio de 20 \u00b0C a 100 \u00b0C, el punto 90% es 92 \u00b0C, no 90 \u00b0C.
