I. Warranty Description

All customers who purchase products from our company are entitled to full warranty coverage. The warranty includes defects or malfunctions that occur under normal usage and are not caused by human factors. Coverage includes free inspection, replacement of parts, or, under certain conditions, product replacement or refund services.

Warranty Period:

 This product is covered by a limited warranty of one (1) year (12 months) starting from the date of delivery. For specific products with different warranty periods, the details will be indicated separately on the product page or purchase certificate.

II. Warranty Coverage

Within the warranty period, we will provide free repair, replacement, or handling if the product experiences the following issues under normal usage:

  • Functional abnormalities caused by manufacturing defects
  • Performance issues or poor quality under normal use

III. Warranty Service Procedure

If the product encounters issues within the warranty period, you may apply for warranty service by following the steps below:

Contact Customer Service:

 Please contact us via customer service email, LINE, or phone. Provide a description of the product issue along with photos or videos.

Prepare and provide any of the following proof of purchase documents:

  • Certificate of origin
  • Delivery note
  • Original warranty card

Repair or Return Arrangement:

Customer service staff will assist you in arranging product repair or provide further handling instructions.

Repair Processing:

 We will complete inspection within 7–10 business days after receiving the product.
The repair completion time will depend on the actual condition of the product and the availability of spare parts.

IV. Exclusions from Warranty

The following situations are not covered under warranty, and free repair or replacement will not be provided:

  • Normal wear and tear of consumables (e.g., batteries, gaskets, sensors, etc.)
  • Damage caused by disassembly, modification, or repair by unauthorized personnel
  • Malfunctions resulting from failure to install or use the product according to instructions
  • Problems caused by using non-original consumables or accessories
  • Damage caused by external forces or accidents (e.g., drops, impacts, liquid intrusion)

V. Rights and Obligations

Customer Rights:

  • Free repair or replacement within the warranty period
  • The right to claim reasonable compensation for product quality issues (within warranty coverage)

Customer Obligations:

  • Properly keep purchase certificates and warranty cards, and provide accurate product information
  • Operate and maintain the product in accordance with the user manual
  • Immediately stop using the product and contact customer service if abnormalities are detected

Company Rights and Limitations:

  • We reserve the right to inspect the product to confirm whether the fault falls within warranty conditions
  • If the product cannot be repaired or spare parts are discontinued, a replacement product of equivalent grade will be provided
  • Warranty coverage is limited to the product itself and does not include additional costs such as shipping, installation, or transportation fees

VI. Disclaimer

  • The company shall not be liable for indirect losses caused by product failures (e.g., business interruptions, profit losses, damage to reputation, etc.)
  • The company shall not be liable for damages caused by force majeure events or actions of third parties
  • The company’s maximum liability for compensation shall be limited to the actual purchase price of the original product

VII. Other Terms

  • The final interpretation and right to amend these warranty terms belong to the company
  • In the event of any dispute, both parties shall seek resolution through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, the matter shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan), with the local district court where the company is located serving as the court of first instance
