الوصف

The DIS-IDF is a sanitary diaphragm seal designed according to IDF standards, featuring a quick-release clamp connection that allows fast disassembly, cleaning, and gasket replacement. It offers options for grooved union nuts and threaded couplings, and is fully compatible with CIP and SIP processes, making it ideal for dairy, beverage, food, and pharmaceutical applications. Available in sizes from 1.5″ to 4″, it supports pressure ranges from vacuum up to 40 bar. Wetted materials include 304/316L stainless steel, Hastelloy C276, Tantalum, Titanium, Monel 400, and Nickel 200, with operating temperatures up to 400°C. The DIS-IDF can be paired with pressure gauges or transmitters for hygienic process measurement.
