Description

WIKA HYDRA-Gauge combines a mechanical gauge with a double-diaphragm isolation system for semiconductor liquid chemical distribution. PFA and mPTFE wetted parts keep the measuring instrument separated from the process medium.

The gauge can be rotated 360° after installation. In-line and dead-end connections are available, with optional electrical contacts. Chemical compatibility and allowable system pressure require application-specific review; the connection pressure rating changes with temperature.
